Route SMTP to a local capture service and use a reserved test domain in every seeded persona. Treat outbound network access as an additional safety layer, not the only one.

Seed examples for success, reminder, and failure templates so reviewers can inspect more than the welcome message.

I add the word DEMO to the captured subject prefix. It makes screenshots and forwarded previews unambiguous.
