cannot use ask questions through module.... No error is displayed...

I get a 500 page not found error while clicking 'users' from comm answers control panel.... when i type my question on the front end.... nothing happens.... ??? :(

For the first issue: Please post a support ticket using Contact form and I can look into your backend and fix the issue if any.

For the second issue: You might have not installed the jQuery plugin or not enabled it. Please check.
