How to set hidden text for credentials like login access, etc and only admin able to see it, like the one on yootheme support system?

I like this extension and want to use it for support system like on yootheme support. I hope this extension have all features like on yootheme. The most important feature is to enable user to set hidden text for credentials like login access, etc and only admin able to see it. This is necessary so the support can check directly and other members will not be able to see it. I hope this extension also can remodel yootheme support template which is very cool. Thanks.

That is a good idea, however the component was not designed as a support system hence there is no such feature available. Please post a feature request on tracker, I will develop it.

Thanks for your reply. I think this component is very good to be used as support system to solve issue because both admin and other members can help solve it faster compared to traditional support or forum support. Yootheme also changed their support forum to this kind of support and i found your component is very close in features and functionality. You have developed great component here and with more feature, it can be used as support system also. I will post it on tracker, thanks again.
