I want to delete the info and messege.

I do not understand anything from the image. But I believe you want to delete the question once you submitted it. You can do this if you have the "Manage/Moderate" permission set in permission settings.

For permission settings see the following options:
Joomla 1.5: Components->Community Answers->Configuration->Permission Settings
Joomla 1.6/7: Components->Community Answers->Configuration->Options button on toolbar.
