Can Community Answers be set so the community only asks and I give all the answers?

I am looking into using a forum as a way of managing questions and answers on my website. However, while anyone could ask a question, I plan to only have answers from us, rather than the whole community. Does this forum have settings which enable us to restrict who answers queries posted?
