Can you add a generic Answer Guidelines menu and editable feature that Admins can edit for giving users a guide for asking better questions?

<p>Popular Answers sites have Posting Guidelines and even though a menu can be added to Joomla to go to a Posting Questions Guidelines page, it would really help to add a generic menu item and a page that can be edited to allow Administrators to add a Questions Posting Guidelines. It will add to the professionalism of Community Answers.</p>
<p>At this time in version 2.0 of SimAnswers this feature is available and it would be real nice to have the same feature in Community Answers.</p>
