how to set up community quiz?

It is a standard joomla component. Installation is as good as other Joomla components.

After installation:

1. Configure application in Admin Site->Components->Community Quiz->Configuration
2. Create categories in Admin Site->Components->Community Quiz->Categories
3. Configure permission settings in Admin Site->Components->Community Quiz->Configuration - Permission settings tab for Joomla 1.5, Options button on toolbar for later versions.
4. Create menu item to access the component in front-end

just want ask, I have not "kinetic" like in tutorial, (that, there to create quiz), in how I find kinetic from?

What is "kinetic"? The tutorial is based on the upcoming release which may differ from the existing one (for example ratings etc). The new release will be out very soon.
