I have CA silver membership, but I can not download "Addon Modules & Plugins"?
<p>On the payment plan page, it says: * On purchase of every Community Polls, Community Answers, Community Quiz or Community Surveys bundle, get Addon Modules & Plugins package FREE download access.</p>
<p>How come I can not download it? In my download page, it says:</p>
