pagination in open question page

I am not able to see pagination link. How to enable pagination in community answer<br />

As you can see on this website, the pagination is automatically enabled after you reach the list limit option that you set in your configuration. However the only exception is home page which displays 10 open and 10 resolved questions without any pagination.
