Jomsocial do not update the points

Hello, i already have the component Community Answers and today i install Jomsocial. My problem is that the system do not add new points every time i ask a question or resolve another... i already configure in the backend (of community answers) to use the system points of jomsocial and the activity stream but never have a new points with my activity on Community Answers... Do i need something else? A special plugin or something like that?
